The fixed price includes 45 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing time. If your flight is delayed, the 45 minutes only start once you have actually landed – time to collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall.
For airport pickups, your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. There is no taxi rank to find and no queue to join: once you have your luggage, head into the arrivals hall and walk to the car together with your chauffeur.

At Palma de Mallorca Airport, the arrivals hall is in the terminal building on floor 0 (Planta 0). If your flight comes from a country outside the Schengen area, such as the UK, you go through passport control before baggage reclaim. Your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it.
Using the flight number in your booking, we monitor your flight and see when your plane actually lands in Palma, whether on time or late. The 45 minutes of waiting time included in the fixed price count from that actual landing, not from the scheduled arrival time.
For your departure, your chauffeur collects you from your address on the island, whether a hotel, finca or office, and takes you straight to the terminal. Check-in and security are on floor 2.
The airport and the Palau de Congressos de Palma on Carrer de Felicià Fuster are approx. 9 km apart, about 10 minutes' drive without traffic. Your chauffeur takes you from the terminal straight to the conference centre or to your hotel. For teams and delegations of up to 17 people, you can request the Sprinter using our quote form.
After landing, you want to get going without delay: thanks to flight monitoring, your chauffeur knows when you actually land and waits with a name sign, so you can head straight to your meeting in Palma without having to look for your driver. The price is fixed when you book. Companies can pay by invoice via bank transfer if they wish, and our team answers any questions personally rather than through a call centre.
If your cruise starts in Palma or you are catching a ferry, your chauffeur drives you from the terminal straight to the port. It is approx. 14 km to Estació Marítima 2, about 19 minutes without traffic. As the port of Palma has several areas, please enter the exact quay or terminal for your ship when you book.
If you are staying outside Palma, you book the journey in the price calculator in just the same way. Port d'Alcúdia in the north of the island is approx. 62 km from the airport, about 47 minutes without traffic. Child seats are free of charge on request; just mention it when you book.
There is currently no rail link to the airport, so public transport means the bus. EMT Palma city buses connect the airport with the city centre (line A1) and with s'Arenal (line A2), and Aerotib buses on the island's TIB network serve individual towns and regions. This works well if you are travelling light and staying near a stop; with several suitcases, trade fair luggage or accommodation away from the routes, it becomes harder going.
You can take a taxi without booking from the signposted taxi rank on floor 0 at arrivals; the airport operator Aena advises using only this rank. You only find out which car you will get once you are there.

You can pay online by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice via bank transfer. Paying in cash or by card in the car is not possible, including after you land in Palma. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before your transfer.
