The fair and planning

Expo Real is the international trade fair for property and investment. It takes place every October at the Messe München exhibition grounds; the next edition runs from 4 to 6 October 2027. According to Messe München, more than 42,000 participants from 74 countries and 1,777 exhibitors from 37 countries attended in 2026 – on those days hotels, access roads and taxi ranks around Riem are extremely busy. AYDEN plans the journeys for your company, from a single limousine to a daily team shuttle.

During Expo Real, access roads, car parks and the underground around Messestadt Riem are extremely busy. Your chauffeur picks up the stand team at the hotel in the morning and brings it back after closing – at a fixed time or in shifts.

For investor meetings in the city, evening receptions or journeys between the fair and the city centre, book a vehicle with chauffeur by the hour – the chauffeur stays available for as long as you need.

Expo Real airport shuttle: from Munich Airport straight to the fair

If your guests land in Munich during the fair, the chauffeur waits with a name sign in the arrivals hall. We monitor the flight; with the airport transfer, 45 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing are included in the fixed price.

Without traffic, the drive from the airport to the West Entrance of the fair at the ICM takes around 32 minutes. On request we go to the hotel first and then to the fair.

What is an Expo Real shuttle?

An Expo Real shuttle is a pre-booked chauffeur service to Expo Real at Messe München and back. The chauffeur picks up your stand team, investors or delegations at the airport, hotel or office and takes them to the agreed entrance. No searching for parking, no taxi queues and no crowded underground.

Expo Real 2027: dates, venue and getting there

Dates

Expo Real takes place every year in October. The next Expo Real runs from 4 to 6 October 2027 at the Messe München exhibition grounds. Hotels near the fair and in the city centre book up early – and so do vehicles. Request your shuttle in good time.

Location of Messe München

The exhibition grounds are in Messestadt Riem in the east of Munich, directly on the A94. Without traffic, the West Entrance with the ICM is around 17 minutes from Central Station and around 32 minutes from Munich Airport. We agree the entrance and meeting point with you in advance.

Parking and public transport

During Expo Real, the car parks and the U2 to Messestadt are extremely busy. With the shuttle, the chauffeur drops your team off at the agreed entrance and picks it up there again after closing.

Expo Real airport shuttle

For guests travelling to the fair, we combine the airport transfer and the trade fair shuttle. With the flight number we know the actual landing time; the chauffeur helps with the luggage and drives straight to the fair or to the hotel first.

Expo Real hotel shuttle

Whether your team stays in Riem, in the city centre or in Bogenhausen: the chauffeur picks it up at the hotel every morning and brings it back after closing. With several hotels, we plan the pick-ups one after the other or with several vehicles.

Hourly booking for meetings and evening receptions

Several appointments in one day – fair, investor meeting, business dinner? Booked by the hour, the chauffeur stays available throughout. Journeys from other cities are covered by our city-to-city transfer.

Vehicles for the Expo Real shuttle

For board members and investors we drive First Class limousines such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, or Business Class. For stand teams and company groups, the Business Van is the right choice: the Mercedes-Benz V-Class with room for up to 6 people and luggage. As a shuttle bus for larger groups we use the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 17 people on request.

2. Quote and schedule

You receive a quote with vehicles, pick-up times and return journeys. We agree the passenger list, entrance and meeting point with you before the fair. During Expo Real you have a dedicated contact for short-notice changes.

3. The fair days

The chauffeur arrives at the pick-up point in good time and gets your team to the fair so it is at the stand before opening. After closing, the chauffeur waits at the agreed meeting point or takes you on to your evening appointment.

Expo Real 2027 takes place from 4 to 6 October 2027 at the Messe München exhibition grounds. Request vehicles for the fair days early – during Expo Real, hotels and chauffeur services in Munich are heavily booked.

We recommend requesting the shuttle at least two to three weeks before the fair. Demand for vehicles in Munich is high during Expo Real – the earlier you ask, the more likely you are to get the vehicle class you want.
