Shuttle from Palma Airport: pick-up in the arrivals hall

When your guests land at Palma de Mallorca Airport, the chauffeur is waiting with a name sign in the arrivals hall on floor 0. We follow the flight via the flight number; for pick-ups booked in the price calculator, 45 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing are included in the fixed price.

From there they go straight to the hotel, the office or their first meeting. Guests arriving by train at the Estació Intermodal are picked up on request.

Palma old town

Seat of the Balearic government at the Consolat de Mar, of the Consell de Mallorca and of the city hall on Plaça de Cort, plus banks and law firms around Passeig del Born. From Palma de Mallorca Airport: approx. 11 km, about 15 minutes without traffic.

Port of Palma and Passeig Marítim

Port with the port authority's offices on the Moll Vell, marinas such as Real Club Náutico and Club de Mar, the yacht and charter industry and hotels on the Passeig Marítim. From Palma de Mallorca Airport: approx. 11 km, about 12 minutes without traffic.

Nou Llevant

Seafront district east of the old town with the Palau de Congressos de Palma; housing, offices and culture and innovation projects are being developed here. From Palma de Mallorca Airport: approx. 8 km, about 9 minutes without traffic.

ParcBit

The Balearic technology park in the north of Palma, run by the public Fundació BIT, with technology and science companies. From Palma de Mallorca Airport: approx. 17 km, about 18 minutes without traffic.

The airport lies east of Palma. Pick-ups use the "Express Arrivals" car park with direct access to the arrivals area – according to Aena free for 15 minutes, maximum stay 2 hours. Estació Intermodal at Plaça d’Espanya

From the Estació Intermodal to Plaça de Cort in Palma’s old town it is approx. 2.5 km, about 6 minutes without traffic; to the Port of Palma and Passeig Marítim it is approx. 2 km, about 5 minutes without traffic. With luggage, the chauffeur picks you up right there.

Chauffeur service on Mallorca by the hour: an example congress day

A typical congress day with an hourly booking: pick-up at the hotel on the Passeig Marítim, a ride to the Palau de Congressos de Palma (approx. 4 km, about 7 minutes without traffic), in the evening on to a client evening in Puerto Portals (approx. 18 km, about 20 minutes without traffic) and back to the hotel on the Passeig Marítim (approx. 10 km, about 15 minutes without traffic). Pure driving time without traffic: about 42 minutes – the rest of the time, the chauffeur waits near your appointments.

Good to know for journeys in Palma and across the island

Since 22 Dec 2024 the ZBE Centre de Palma low-emission zone applies (inside the Avingudes ring and along the seafront). Vehicles without a DGT environmental label and vehicles registered abroad need an authorisation; the city's phased plan foresees stricter rules from 2027.

The old town has 12 restricted-access areas (ACIRE), e.g. Catedral, Sant Jaume and Plaça del Mercat – only authorised vehicles may drive there; according to the city, hotels can apply for one-off authorisations.

In season the road to Cap de Formentor (Ma-2210) is open during the day only to authorised vehicles, scheduled buses and bicycles (2026: 15 May to 18 October, 10 am to 10 pm).

From the airport to Plaça de Cort in the old town it is approx. 11 km, approx. 15 minutes without traffic; to the Palau de Congressos approx. 8 km, approx. 8 minutes.

Shuttle to destinations across the island: Calvià, Sóller and the east coast

Calvià and Santa Ponsa

Golf courses such as Golf Santa Ponsa and Real Golf de Bendinat, the Port Adriano and Puerto Portals marinas and resort hotels – a destination for incentives and golf programmes. From Plaça de Cort: approx. 18 km, about 20 minutes without traffic.

Sóller and the Serra de Tramuntana

The Serra de Tramuntana is a UNESCO World Heritage Site; Sóller and the mountain villages are destinations for incentive excursions, fincas and hotels away from the coast. From Plaça de Cort: approx. 25 km, about 31 minutes without traffic.

Cala Millor and the east coast

The bay of Cala Millor is one of the large hotel locations on the east coast. From Palma de Mallorca Airport: approx. 69 km, about 62 minutes without traffic – for groups we plan the journey in the Sprinter or with several vehicles.
