What is a bauma shuttle?
A bauma shuttle is a pre-booked chauffeur service to bauma at Messe München and back. The chauffeur picks up your stand team, clients or delegations at the airport, hotel or office and takes them to the agreed entrance. No searching for parking, no taxi queues and no crowded underground.

bauma 2028: dates, venue and getting there
Dates and cycle
bauma takes place every three years. The next bauma runs from 3 to 9 April 2028 at the Messe München exhibition grounds. Hotels near the fair and in the city centre book up early for bauma – and so do vehicles. Request your shuttle in good time.
Location of Messe München
The exhibition grounds are in Messestadt Riem in the east of Munich, directly on the A94. Without traffic, the West Entrance with the ICM is around 17 minutes from Central Station, and the East Entrance around 31 minutes from Munich Airport. Large parts of bauma are on the outdoor grounds – we agree the entrance and meeting point with you.
Parking and public transport
During bauma, the car parks and the U2 to Messestadt are extremely busy. With the shuttle, the chauffeur drops your team off at the agreed entrance and picks it up there again after closing.

Airport transfer to bauma
For guests arriving during the fair, we combine the airport transfer and the trade fair shuttle. With the flight number we know the actual landing time; the chauffeur helps with the luggage and drives straight to the fair or to the hotel first.
Daily shuttle between hotel and fair
Whether your team stays in Riem, in the city centre or in Bogenhausen: the chauffeur picks it up at the hotel every morning and brings it back after closing. With several hotels, we plan the pick-ups one after the other or with several vehicles.
Hourly booking for appointments on fair days
Several appointments in one day – fair, client meeting, dinner? Booked by the hour, the chauffeur stays available throughout. Journeys from other cities are covered by our city-to-city transfer.
Vehicles for the bauma shuttle
For stand teams and company groups, the Business Van is the right choice: the Mercedes-Benz V-Class with room for up to 6 people and luggage. For larger groups we use the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 17 people on request, and First or Business Class limousines for board members and VIP clients.

Tell us the fair days, team size, hotels and times in the request form. You can also book a single ride directly in the price calculator.
2. Quote and schedule
You receive a quote with vehicles, pick-up times and return journeys. We agree the passenger list, entrance and meeting point with you before the fair. During bauma you have a dedicated contact for short-notice changes.
3. The fair days
The chauffeur arrives at the pick-up point in good time and gets your team to the fair so it is at the stand before opening. After closing, the chauffeur waits at the agreed meeting point.
