What is a chauffeur service?
A chauffeur service provides a vehicle with a professional driver: you give the pick-up point, destination and time, and the chauffeur collects you and takes you there. Unlike a taxi, the vehicle is booked in advance, you choose the vehicle class beforehand, and with an hourly booking the chauffeur stays with you for further rides.
At AYDEN, every ride is driven by a certified chauffeur with a passenger transport licence. For single rides to and from the airport there is our airport transfer.

Chauffeur service per ride or by the hour
Per ride at a fixed price
For a single journey, from the hotel to a meeting for example, the price calculator shows the fixed price. It is fixed when you book, and all prices include VAT.
By the hour or by the day
If your day has several appointments, book the chauffeur by the hour. The chauffeur stays with you and the vehicle, waits between appointments and drives on to the next address. You choose the hourly booking in the price calculator.
Several days or vehicles
For roadshows over several days, delegations or several vehicles at once, we put together a quote. Payment is by invoice via bank transfer or online by credit card. If a chauffeur is to accompany your board for weeks or cover for your own driver, book an executive chauffeur on demand.
In your own car
If you would like the chauffeur to drive your own car, book a private chauffeur – also for whole or several days.
How your chauffeur service works
1. Book or request
Book single rides and hourly bookings in the price calculator, around the clock. For several days, vehicles or people, use our request form.
2. Confirmation
You receive a booking confirmation or a quote with the vehicle class, pick-up point and times. If a guest is travelling, give us their name and phone number so the chauffeur can reach them.
3. The ride
The chauffeur is at the pick-up point in good time. If an appointment changes, you speak directly to our team rather than to a call centre.
Chauffeur service at fourteen locations
AYDEN offers its chauffeur service in Munich, Augsburg, Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart, Vienna, Salzburg and on Mallorca. Each city page shows business districts, the airport, the main station and journey times. We confirm which vehicles are available locally on your date when you send your request.
