AYDEN is the chauffeur and shuttle service of DCP Solutions GmbH in Baldham near Munich – for companies, events and trade fairs, with chauffeur service at fourteen locations in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Italy. With your request, we put together the right vehicles for your event – from the airport transfer and the shuttle to the venue through to the very last return trip.

Business Van for up to 6 people, Sprinter for up to 17. For larger groups we check with your request which vehicles can be combined and time the departures to your schedule.
For VIPs and speakers, First or Business Class saloons can be added on request.
If your guests land at Munich Airport, their chauffeur waits for them with a name sign in the arrivals hall. We monitor the flight; with the airport transfer, 45 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing are included in the fixed price.
From there they go straight to the hotel or the venue. For other airports we will confirm the pick-up when you send your request.

An event shuttle takes an event’s guests to their destination as a group: from the airport or railway station to the hotel, from the hotel to the venue, and back again after the event. Instead of each guest finding their own taxi, everyone travels on a shared schedule. At AYDEN, every ride is driven by a certified chauffeur with a passenger transport licence.
AYDEN drives guests to corporate events and galas, conferences and congresses, concerts and sporting events. Trade fairs have their own trade fair shuttle, and individual major events have their own pages such as the Oktoberfest shuttle.
First Class seats 2 people and Business Class 3 people, with room for 2 pieces of luggage per vehicle. The Business Van, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, takes 6 people and 6 pieces of luggage, the SUV 3 people and 3 pieces of luggage; the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes up to 17 people, with luggage and equipment arranged on request.
For more than 17 guests, we check with your request which vehicles can be combined for your date. All classes are compared in the vehicle fleet section.

Yes. Companies pay for their event shuttle by bank transfer on invoice or online by credit card. Nothing is paid in cash or by card in the vehicle, so your guests pay nothing during the ride. For single rides booked in the price calculator, you choose the payment method when you book.
For an event shuttle with several vehicles, send your request as early as possible, especially for dates with high demand, such as during major trade fairs. Tell us the date and number of guests and we will check availability. Single rides with AYDEN can be booked around the clock, even at short notice.
