Koelnmesse and the LANXESS arena are on the right bank of the Rhine in Deutz, each approx. 4 km from the central station. From Cologne Bonn Airport, Koelnmesse is approx. 14 km away, about 16 minutes without traffic.
The Gürzenich, a 15th-century festival hall in the old town, is only approx. 1 km from the central station. The Flora in the botanical garden in Riehl, right next to Cologne Zoo, is a festival hall for galas and corporate events, approx. 3 km from the central station.
At approx. 25 km, the drive to the RheinEnergieSTADION in Müngersdorf is the longest of these from the airport. The Palladium in Mülheim, a venue mainly for concerts since 1998, is approx. 8 km from the central station.
The airport lies to the south-east of the city, approx. 16 km from the central station (about 18 minutes without traffic). Terminal 1 arrivals are on the departures level, Terminal 2 arrivals opposite car park P2.
At the central station right next to the cathedral, the chauffeur collects guests off the train on request. It is approx. 1 km to the Gürzenich and approx. 4 km across the Rhine to the LANXESS arena.
Hohe Strasse and Schildergasse in the old town are pedestrian zones. If your guests stay there or your event takes place at the Gürzenich, the meeting points are on the surrounding streets.
On the right bank of the Rhine, opposite the cathedral, the new MesseCity business district with offices and hotels sits right next to Köln Messe/Deutz station – close to the LANXESS arena.
If guests land in Düsseldorf instead of Cologne Bonn, it is approx. 60 km to the cathedral, about 44 minutes without traffic; stopping is banned on the arrivals level there, and pick-up is via P12 or P3. Individual rides for your guests in Cologne can be booked through our Cologne chauffeur service.
For evening events on the other side of the Rhine, at the LANXESS arena for example, we plan the return across the river with fixed departure times so that nobody has to search for long when the event ends.
One Sprinter is enough on paper for 17 guests. The route across the Rhine is only approx. 4 km long; we check whether the Sprinter is free on your date when you send your request.
For group journeys by the hour, by the day or over several days, there is our minibus with driver.
Anyone travelling on to Düsseldorf, Bonn or Brussels after the event can use our city-to-city transfer from Cologne.
