What does an executive chauffeur do?
An executive chauffeur drives members of the board and management to their appointments – and makes sure the time in between is working time. They plan pick-up times and routes with the office and assistants, wait between appointments and react when the diary shifts.

For single appointments you book the chauffeur by the hour, for board and travel days for the whole day. Single rides can be booked around the clock, even at short notice; where the price calculator is available, hourly bookings are calculated there at a fixed price.
For weeks and as cover
If your own driver is unavailable or the position is vacant, AYDEN takes over – for single days or several weeks. On request, the same chauffeur drives throughout.
One dedicated contact
Your office and assistants talk directly to their dedicated contact at AYDEN – no call centre. We adjust times and vehicles and brief the chauffeur.
Vehicles: saloon, SUV or your company car
For board members we provide First Class saloons such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the Audi A8 or the BMW 7 Series L – with water and Wi-Fi, so you can work in the back. Business Class seats up to 3 people, as does the SUV (Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz GLS or BMW X7, on request).
If you have your own company car, the chauffeur drives your vehicle. Larger groups travel in the Business Van for up to 6 people. All classes with passengers and luggage are listed in the vehicle fleet.

What is discussed, phoned or read in the back stays there. Our chauffeurs are bound to confidentiality and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for your company on request.
Security drivers and close protection
For board members with increased protection needs we provide security drivers on request and coordinate route, schedule and meeting points with your close protection team.
Data protection
We process schedules, addresses and phone numbers to plan your rides in line with our privacy policy.
