The ICS is only approx. 1 km from the terminal, and the Liederhalle in Stuttgart-Mitte approx. 14 km. On request, the chauffeur collects your guests at the airport and takes them to the venue or the hotel.
According to the airport, the short-stay zones in front of the terminals are only free for up to 8 minutes – so we fix the meeting point in advance.

Messe Stuttgart is right next to the airport on the Filder plateau: the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart is only approx. 1 km from the terminal and the exhibition grounds approx. 3 km. From the central station it is approx. 13–14 km, about 18 minutes without traffic.
The Liederhalle culture and congress centre is in central Stuttgart, approx. 1 km from the central station and approx. 14 km from the airport, about 19 minutes without traffic.
The NeckarPark in Bad Cannstatt is home to the MHP Arena, the Porsche-Arena and the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, approx. 4–6 km from the central station and approx. 17–18 km from the airport. For matches and concerts, we plan the outbound and return trips around your schedule.
The airport lies south of the city on the Filder plateau, approx. 14 km from the central station (about 19 minutes without traffic). The arrivals level is level 2, where the chauffeur waits with a name sign.
For guests arriving by ICE, the chauffeur waits at the central station on request. The Liederhalle is only approx. 1 km from the station, the ICS on the Filder plateau approx. 14 km.
On the Neckar in Bad Cannstatt, the Mercedes-Benz Museum sits alongside the MHP Arena, the Porsche-Arena and the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle – a destination for plant visits and corporate events. From the airport it is approx. 18 km, about 25 minutes without traffic.
Königstraße between the central station and Schlossplatz is a pedestrian zone, so the chauffeur reaches city-centre hotels via the side streets.
If a plant visit is part of the programme: the Porsche main plant with the Porsche Museum is in Zuffenhausen in the north of the city, and the Mercedes-Benz plant in Sindelfingen is approx. 19 km from Schlossplatz. You can also book such rides by the hour through our Stuttgart chauffeur service.
If hotel and venue are far apart, say on the Filder plateau and in the NeckarPark, we agree fixed gathering points for the return after a match or concert so that your group boards without searching.
Two Sprinters are enough on paper for 34 guests. The approx. 14 km from the central station to the ICS take about 18 minutes each without traffic; a second run with the same vehicles would be possible after about 36 minutes at the earliest. We clarify whether both are free with your request.
For group journeys by the hour, by the day or over several days, there is our minibus with driver.

Yes. A city-to-city transfer brings them door to door to the event, from Munich for example over approx. 218 km. Speakers or delegations from abroad also arrive this way without changing; all we need is the pick-up point, time and number of guests.
