Messe München and the ICM
Messe München is in Riem in the east of the city, and the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München – is on the exhibition grounds. From the airport it is approx. 46 km, about 32 minutes without traffic, and approx. 12 km from the central station. The MOC – Event Center Messe München is in Freimann in the north of the city, approx. 30 km from the airport.
Olympic Park and BMW Welt
The Olympic Park hosts concerts, sporting events and corporate events, for example in the Olympiahalle or the SAP Garden, with BMW Welt directly opposite. From the central station it is approx. 5 km, about 8 minutes without traffic, and approx. 36 km from the airport.
Allianz Arena
The Allianz Arena is in Fröttmaning in the north of the city, approx. 30 km from the airport and approx. 13 km from the central station. How your guests arrive: Munich Airport (MUC) and the central station
Munich Airport
Pick-up and drop-off are via the forecourts of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2; at Terminal 2, the arrivals forecourt is on level 03 and the departures forecourt on level 04. The chauffeur waits for your guests with a name sign in the arrivals hall, and we monitor the flight.
Munich central station
The chauffeur collects guests off the train at the central station on request. It is approx. 5 km to the Olympiahalle, approx. 13 km to the Allianz Arena and approx. 39 km to the airport.

Taking guests to the Wiesn
During Oktoberfest, the roads right next to the festival grounds are closed. Depending on the tent and the time, the chauffeurs stop at drop-off points close to the Wiesn, for example at Alter Messeplatz, on Schubertstrasse or on Hans-Fischer-Strasse – more on our Oktoberfest shuttle page.
Meeting points in the old town
The pedestrian zone along Kaufingerstrasse and Neuhauser Strasse between Marienplatz and Stachus is car-free. If your guests stay there, the meeting points for the chauffeur are at the edge of the pedestrian zone.
Arabellapark in Bogenhausen
Arabellapark in the east of Munich is a hotel and congress location, approx. 7 km from the central station and approx. 37 km from the airport, about 30 minutes without traffic.
Vehicles and planning for your event in Munich
On match days in Fröttmaning and during the Wiesn, a lot of vehicles are on the move in Munich; so we fix departure times and return points with you in advance.
Example: 51 guests from the central station to the ICM
Three Sprinters offer 51 seats between them. For the approx. 12 km from the central station to the ICM, each needs about 17 minutes each way without traffic, so a second trip would be possible after about 34 minutes. We confirm availability with your request.
