Pick-up in Munich
Hotel, office or station
Maxvorstadt, Bogenhausen, the main station or Ostbahnhof: you decide at which Munich address you get in. From the main station it is approx. 3 km to the Old Town and approx. 7 km to Arabellapark – after that, you stay in the vehicle until you arrive.
Salzburg, Memmingen or Nuremberg as departure airport
Even if your flight leaves from Salzburg, Memmingen or Nuremberg rather than Munich, the chauffeur drives you right up to the terminal there.

Messe Riem, the airport and meetings in the city
After a day at the fair in Riem
Messe München is in Messestadt Riem on the A94; at the West Entrance, the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München – adjoins the halls. Access to the entrances is restricted on fair days, so we agree the meeting point at the West or East Entrance with you beforehand. If your team travels every day of the fair, our Munich trade fair shuttle is the right fit.
From the airport to Salzburg or Innsbruck
If you land in Munich (Terminal 1 or 2) and travel straight on to Salzburg, Innsbruck or Augsburg, the ride starts right at the terminal. For the trip between the airport and Munich addresses, there is our Munich airport transfer.
Meetings in Munich before you leave
Is there still a meeting at the State Chancellery by the Hofgarten, at Arabellapark, in Parkstadt Schwabing or at BMW in Milbertshofen before the long drive? An hourly booking through our Munich chauffeur service keeps you mobile until departure.
Good to know for trips from Munich
Allow a buffer
The Mittlerer Ring and the motorways around Munich fill up in the morning and late afternoon, and a 30 km/h limit has applied again on a section of Landshuter Allee since late February 2026. At these times, expect a longer drive than the table shows.
Groups and luggage
Teams of up to six take the Business Van with room for six pieces of luggage. If a larger group travels together, after the fair for example, the Sprinter seats up to 17 and is booked through a quote.
