From BER it is approx. 18 km to the Estrel and approx. 35 km to the Olympiastadion – Berlin is spread out, and the table shows journey times without traffic for your planning. The price calculator works out single rides at a fixed price.

Messe Berlin is in Westend beneath the Funkturm radio tower, approx. 31 km from BER Airport, about 32 minutes without traffic, and approx. 8 km from the central station. Congresses are also held at the Estrel Congress Center in Neukölln, approx. 18 km from BER, and at the bcc Berlin Congress Center at Alexanderplatz, approx. 5 km from the central station.
The Uber Arena in Friedrichshain is approx. 22 km from BER and approx. 7 km from the central station. At approx. 35 km, the drive to the Olympiastadion in Westend is the longest of these from the airport, about 41 minutes without traffic.
The Tempodrom in Kreuzberg is central, approx. 4 km from the central station. For galas and company parties at a hotel or a venue of your choice, we plan the rides around your schedule.
BER lies in Schönefeld outside the city boundary and is connected via the A113; it is approx. 28 km to the central station, about 34 minutes without traffic.
The chauffeur collects guests off the train at the central station on request. It is approx. 5 km to the bcc at Alexanderplatz and approx. 7 km to the Uber Arena.
You may stop in front of the terminals for 10 minutes free of charge, up to three times in 8 hours per number plate – drop-off is on the departures level, pick-up on the arrivals level. Vehicles over 3.5 t are not permitted there; we agree the meeting point for your group in advance.
Hotels are found around Friedrichstrasse, the Gendarmenmarkt and Pariser Platz, among other places, and in City West on the Kurfürstendamm. From BER it is approx. 25 to 28 km, around half an hour without traffic.
The government quarter with the Bundestag and the Chancellery is only approx. 1 km from the central station. If your guests have meetings there before the event, there is our Berlin chauffeur service.
Because the airport, hotel and venue in Berlin are often 20 kilometres or more apart, we plan departures with generous buffers and agree the pick-up order with you.
Two Sprinters and two Business Vans offer 46 seats between them. For the approx. 22 km to the Uber Arena, each vehicle needs about 25 minutes without traffic; a second trip with the same vehicles would be possible after about 50 minutes. We check whether they are free with your request.
For group journeys by the hour, by the day or over several days, there is our minibus with driver.
If guests travel on to Hamburg or another city after the event, our city-to-city transfer from Berlin takes care of it.
