Pick-up in Berlin
Mitte, City West or main station
Government district by the Spreebogen, Potsdamer Platz, Kurfürstendamm or the main station – the car is at your door at the agreed time. From the main station to the government district it is only approx. 1 km. Many journeys also start in Potsdam, the state capital of Brandenburg.
Flying from Leipzig/Halle or Dresden
If your departure airport is Leipzig/Halle or Dresden rather than Schönefeld, the ride ends right at the terminal there.

Berlin before you leave: trade fair, BER and government district
From Messe Berlin beneath the Funkturm
Messe Berlin is in Charlottenburg-Westend by the Funkturm radio tower; congresses there now take place in the CityCube, as the former ICC is closed. You are picked up at the North Entrance on Masurenallee or the South Entrance at Messe Süd S-Bahn station, so there is no hunting for one of the few parking spaces around the grounds. A team that visits the fair on several days plans with our Berlin trade fair shuttle.
From BER straight to another city
All flights arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, which are within walking distance of each other. If you land at BER and need to head straight on to Leipzig, Dresden or Hamburg, the city-to-city transfer starts at the airport; between BER and addresses in Berlin, there is our Berlin airport transfer.
Meetings in the government district or Adlershof
If you still have meetings in the government district, on Friedrichstraße or at the Adlershof science and technology hub before you leave, the chauffeur accompanies you by the hour, booked through our Berlin chauffeur service. After that, you head straight to your destination.
Good to know for trips from Berlin
Getting out of the city
At peak times, getting to the Berlin ring motorway often takes longer than the motorway itself. The table values assume clear roads.
Delegations and teams
Delegations from the government district or teams after a day at the fair travel as a group of six in the Business Van; for larger groups of up to 17, send us a quote request for the Sprinter.
