Messe Frankfurt by the Messeturm

Messe Frankfurt sits right in the city between the Westend, the station district and the Europaviertel, with the Festhalle and the Messeturm on Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage. The grounds include the Congress Center Messe Frankfurt and Kap Europa in the Europaviertel.

Which entrance for taxis and shuttles

For taxis and chauffeur rides, Messe Frankfurt names the City/Festhalle, Galleria and Portalhaus entrances as well as the Congress Center and Kap Europa. The Torhaus Entrance is at the Messe S-Bahn station. The North, West, South and East Gates are car access points.

Low-emission zone and roadworks

Frankfurt has a low-emission zone; according to the trade fair company, vehicles without a sticker can only reach the West and North Gates via the A5. According to the trade fair company there may be closures around the South and East Gates; we check the current access before every fair.

Frankfurt Airport (FRA)

The airport and the fair are only approx. 13 km apart, about 12 minutes without traffic; Messe Frankfurt itself allows around 15 minutes by car. By S-Bahn, visitors change at the central station. On request, the chauffeur picks your team up at the terminal and drives straight to the City or Portalhaus Entrance.

Frankfurt central station

From the central station (Hauptbahnhof) it is approx. 3 km, about 5 minutes without traffic, or around 10 minutes on foot. With luggage and stand material, we can pick your team up at the station on request.

If your team travels on to another city after the fair, our city-to-city transfer from Frankfurt takes care of it.

Hotels around the fair are approx. 1 km from the grounds, about 3 minutes without traffic.

From the city centre it is approx. 3 km, about 5 minutes without traffic.

If you stay at the airport, it is approx. 13 km to the fair, about 12 minutes without traffic – with the shuttle, without changing trains.

If a stand team of 20 is staying at hotels near Frankfurt Airport, on paper one Sprinter and one Business Van cover them in a single run, without bulky luggage. Each vehicle needs about 12 minutes each way for the approx. 13 km without traffic, so a second run with the same vehicles – for later stand staff, for example – would be possible after about 24 minutes at the earliest.
