Roadshow day in Munich: an example with journey times
A typical roadshow day: pick-up at the hotel (Central Station / Ludwigsvorstadt). Meeting 1: Brienner Strasse and Maximiliansplatz (approx. 2 km, about 3 min without traffic). Meeting 2: Königinstrasse (approx. 2 km, about 5 min without traffic). Meeting 3: Munich Stock Exchange (approx. 3 km, about 6 min without traffic). Reserves for the Mittlerer Ring and the Old Town
On the Mittlerer Ring – a 30 km/h limit has again applied on a section of Landshuter Allee since late February 2026 – and around the Old Town, journeys take longer at peak times. That is why there are reserves between the investors, which we align with your schedule.
Arriving for the roadshow in Munich: airport and station
Munich Airport (MUC)
Pick-up and drop-off use the terminal forecourts of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (Terminal 2: arrivals forecourt on level 03, departures on level 04); for longer waits the airport points to overflow spaces in car park P20. The chauffeur meets your team with a name sign in the arrivals hall; we monitor the flight.
Munich Central Station (München Hauptbahnhof)
From the central station to the first meeting place, Brienner Strasse and Maximiliansplatz: approx. 2 km, about 4 min without traffic. If your team arrives by train, the chauffeur picks them up right there.

Good to know for roadshows in Munich
Marienplatz, Theatinerstrasse, Residenzstrasse and the square in front of the Feldherrnhalle are part of the Old Town pedestrian zone (delivery traffic only in fixed time windows) – plan pick-ups and drop-offs via Brienner Strasse, Ludwigstrasse or Maximilianstrasse.
Business hotels close to the financial addresses are mainly in the Old Town around Promenadeplatz and Maximilianstrasse and in Bogenhausen at the Arabellapark.
Low-emission zone: on and inside the Mittlerer Ring only vehicles with a green sticker are allowed; diesels rated Euro 4/IV or worse have been banned there since 1 February 2023.
Following a court decision, a 30 km/h limit has again applied on a section of Landshuter Allee (Mittlerer Ring) since late February 2026.
