AYDEN is the chauffeur and shuttle service of DCP Solutions GmbH from Baldham near Munich – for companies, assistants and travel managers. The limousine service runs in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt; in other cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart or Vienna we drive as a chauffeur service.

Fixed price at booking – you know the price before the ride

For a single journey you calculate the price in the price calculator: enter pick-up, destination, date and class – the fixed price is set at booking, all prices include VAT.

Payment is by credit card online or on invoice by bank transfer, never in cash and never in the vehicle. For several vehicles or several days you receive a quote.

First Class or Business Class – the limousine for the occasion

First Class – Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi A8 or BMW 7L – carries up to two people with two pieces of luggage, with water and Wi-Fi on board. Business Class – Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Audi A6 or BMW 5 Series – takes up to three people and two pieces of luggage.

In Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt, First Class means a BMW 7 Series or Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Business Class a Mercedes-Benz E-Class. If more people are travelling, a Business Van, SUV or Sprinter complements the limousine.

Pick-up at the airport with a name sign

When your guests land in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin or Frankfurt, the chauffeur is ready with a name sign in the arrivals hall, and we follow the flight. 45 minutes from the actual landing are included in the fixed price.

If guests arrive by train, we agree the meeting point at the station with you in advance. At the hotel or office, the chauffeur is at the door at the agreed time.

What is a limousine service?

A limousine service combines a luxury saloon with a chauffeur who picks you up at the agreed place and drives you straight to your destination. Unlike a rental car, you are not at the wheel – the time in the rear is yours: for calls, documents or a quiet moment before the meeting.

At AYDEN, certified chauffeurs with a passenger transport licence drive, and you choose between First Class and Business Class in advance. For pick-ups at the airport there is the airport transfer with its own page for each city.

First Class or Business Class: the limousines compared

First Class

Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi A8 or BMW 7L for up to two people and two pieces of luggage, water and Wi-Fi included. The choice for board members, guests of honour and longer journeys with work in the rear.

Business Class

Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Audi A6 or BMW 5 Series for up to three people and two pieces of luggage, water included. Suited to client meetings, trips between office and hotel and small teams.

More passengers or luggage

From four people or with a lot of luggage, the Business Van for up to six people is the better choice; you request the SUV and Sprinter via the quote form. All classes with their interiors are shown in the vehicle fleet.

2. Confirmation

You receive the booking confirmation with the fixed price or a quote with class, schedule and pick-up points.

3. The ride

Your chauffeur is ready at the agreed time, and at the airport with your flight number. If a meeting moves, let us know – we adjust the ride as far as the schedule allows.
