First Class or Business Class: which limousine suits you?
For the board and guests of honour
First Class (BMW 7 Series or Mercedes-Benz S-Class) seats up to two passengers, with Wi-Fi on board. It is the class for directors and guests of honour, and it suits longer trips: Rathausmarkt to Finkenwerder takes around 30 minutes without traffic – time to work in the rear.
For client meetings and small teams
Business Class (Mercedes-Benz E-Class) takes up to three people with two pieces of luggage and suits trips between office, hotel and station.
When more people travel
Up to six people travel in the Business Van; the SUV and the Sprinter for up to 17 people are requested via a quote. All classes are shown in our overview of the vehicle fleet.
Meeting points in Hamburg: terminal, central station and Altona
Hamburg Airport (HAM)
In Fuhlsbüttel the chauffeur stands ready in the arrivals hall, your guest’s name on the sign. The flight number is all we need to follow any delay, and 45 minutes of waiting from the moment the plane actually lands are already in the fixed price – enough time for the luggage, too.
Central station and Altona station
If you arrive by train, we collect you at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof or in Altona from a meeting point agreed beforehand; from Altona station to the Central Entrance of Hamburg Messe, the limousine needs around 8 minutes without traffic.
Everything else about pick-ups in Fuhlsbüttel is on our page for the airport transfer in Hamburg.
By limousine to the trade fair, a congress or an evening event
Trade fair and congress centre
Hamburg Messe lies centrally on Messeplatz, with the CCH right beside it at Dammtor station. Depending on your hall, the limousine stops at the East Entrance (CCH) or the Central Entrance; for whole teams there is our trade fair shuttle in Hamburg.
Evenings: Laeiszhalle and Fischauktionshalle
From the CCH to the Altonaer Fischauktionshalle on the Elbe, which can be hired for corporate events, the limousine needs around 9 minutes without traffic; the chauffeur also takes you to the Laeiszhalle in the Neustadt and back. If many guests are invited, we plan the event shuttle in Hamburg.
How the fixed price for your limousine works
Three factors set the price: route, duration and class. Once the ride is booked, the amount is fixed.
Single ride
For a route such as Altona station – Hamburg Messe, open the price calculator for single rides and see the fixed price for each class before you book.
Hourly booking
If the limousine is to stay with you for several hours, for meetings in City Süd and HafenCity for instance, choose the hourly booking in the calculator; the chauffeur waits between appointments.
Several limousines or days
For a delegation, a roadshow or several trade fair days we prepare a quote. VAT is included in every price.
Process and invoicing for companies
Book or request a quote
You can book single rides online up to 24 hours before pick-up; at shorter notice, call us around the clock or send a request. For several vehicles or several days, please use the enquiry form on this page.
Personal support
You receive a confirmation or a quote; your contact is a team, not a call centre. If a meeting shifts, we adjust the ride wherever the plan allows.
Payment and invoices
You settle the invoice by bank transfer or pay online by credit card when booking. Nothing is collected in cash or in the vehicle – your guests pay nothing during the ride.
