BMW 7 Series or Mercedes-Benz S-Class for no more than two passengers with two pieces of luggage; water and Wi-Fi are included. On the way from the terminal to Westend, the rear offers calm for calls and documents.
Business Class for client meetings and small teams
Mercedes-Benz E-Class for up to three passengers and two pieces of luggage, water included. It suits a team moving between the banking district, Europaviertel and the trade fair.
From four people or with plenty of luggage there is the Business Van; the SUV and Sprinter are available on a quote. All classes side by side are shown in the AYDEN vehicle fleet.

Passengers currently use Terminal 1 and the new Terminal 3 (in service since April 2026); renovation has kept Terminal 2 closed since 9 June 2026. Frankfurt Central Station
From the central station to Europaviertel the limousine covers approx. 4 km, in approx. 7 minutes without traffic; the banking district lies approx. 1 km from the station. With luggage or documents, your guests get in right at the station.
By limousine to the trade fair, congresses and evening events
Messe Frankfurt
For arrivals with a chauffeur, the trade fair names several entrances, among them City Entrance/Festhalle, Galleria and Portalhaus. From the banking district to the Festhalle it is approx. 3 km; on trade fair days journeys take longer, so we plan the pick-up time with a reserve.
Kap Europa
Kap Europa, the trade fair’s congress building, stands in Europaviertel. The Alte Oper is approx. 2 km away and approx. 3 minutes without traffic – useful when an evening appointment follows the congress day.

The halls of the Alte Oper can also be hired for congresses and corporate events. The limousine takes your guests there from the hotel and back after the programme; for larger groups arriving together there is the event shuttle in Frankfurt.
How the price of your limousine ride is set
What counts is the route and the vehicle class, plus the duration for hourly bookings. You calculate a single ride, from Gateway Gardens to the banking district for example, in the price calculator for single rides.
If the limousine is to wait between several meetings, choose the hourly booking in the price calculator. Either way, the fixed price applies from the moment you book, and VAT is included.
