The Mercedes-Benz E-Class for up to three passengers and two pieces of luggage, water included. It suits two or three colleagues travelling together from the central station to Potsdamer Platz or to City West.

Meeting points in Berlin: BER, central station and hotel
BER is not in Berlin itself but in Schönefeld, Brandenburg; the A113 motorway leads into the city. In the arrivals hall the chauffeur meets your guests with a name sign, and because we follow the flight, the 45 minutes of waiting time only start at landing. At the central station, travellers step off the ICE and into the limousine if you request the pick-up in advance. From there the chauffeur needs approx. 6 minutes without traffic for the approx. 3 km to Potsdamer Platz.

Messe Berlin with the CityCube
The exhibition grounds lie in Charlottenburg-Westend by the Funkturm and have their own motorway exit at the Funkturm interchange. Since the ICC closed, congresses there take place in the CityCube on Messedamm; from Potsdamer Platz the limousine needs approx. 15 minutes without traffic for approx. 9 km.

Conferences at the bcc Berlin Congress Center on Alexanderstraße: speakers arriving by train are collected at the central station – approx. 11 minutes without traffic.
Konzerthaus on Gendarmenmarkt
After a day at the fair, on to an evening appointment in Mitte: the CityCube and the Konzerthaus Berlin on Gendarmenmarkt are approx. 10 km apart, approx. 18 minutes without traffic. Hotels are close by, around Friedrichstraße and Pariser Platz.

What does a limousine ride in Berlin cost?

Process and invoicing for companies

On request the invoice goes to your company for payment by bank transfer; alternatively you pay online by credit card. Questions go to a person on our team instead of a call centre, and every ride is driven by a certified chauffeur with a passenger transport licence.
State visits and large demonstrations lead to road closures in the Government District and at the Brandenburg Gate, announced by the city’s traffic information centre. On such days we schedule the limousine with extra buffer.
